Title: Business Analyst- Contract Position

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst for a contract position with a blue-chip, global organization in the Los Angeles area.  

Requirements for this position include: 

• 5 plus years’ experience in a BA role
• Experienced in
  • liaising between business partners and IT Team
  • performing as the subject matter expert (SME) for the business domain and conduct knowledge transfer with the testing and development teams
  • understanding, reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business partner needs
  • documentation of business requirements based on business needs and objectives
  • recommending solutions and ensures business needs are met
  • SAP experience is a plus
• Self-starter
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
