- 3+ years recruiting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent thinker with very strong ethics
- Broad recruiting experience range from analyst to VP level is a plus
- Bi-lingual and global recruiting expereince is a plus
- SAP product knowledge or willingness to learn
