Title: SAP HCM Analyst 
Duration: Direct Hire
Location: Seattle, WA
Visa: US Citizen, GC Holder only

We are currently looking for an SAP HCM analyst with 3+ years of configuration and production support experience specifically in Organization Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) .

Requirements are as follows:

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP HCM OM and PA  configuration/support experience
• Business Analyst experience including:
  • understanding, reviewing, analyzing and supporting business needs
  • documentation of business requirements based on business needs and objectives
  • recommending solutions and ensures business needs are met
  • strong testing experience
• Exposure to SAP HCM Benefits is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation and written skills
• Long-term career minded
