Title: SAP OCM Lead - IS Retail
Duration: 9 months+
Type: Contract
Location: New Jersey
Requirements are as follows:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Change Management
2 full SAP lifecycle implementation as OCM lead
Responsible for:
- Document the Value Proposition and Change Vision
- Draft the communication plan
- Identify process changes
- Identify required organization changes
- Develop transition plan
- Define to-be business roles
- Finalize the communication plan
- Execute the transition plan
- Execute communication plan
- Communicate the business user training plan
Transition Plan
- Outlines the steps to transition from current state to future state processes
- Includes workshop and meeting cadence
- Identifies people and process changes required to make a successful transition
Communications Plan
• Outlines the audiences, deliverables, timeline and message content to support change through effective and frequent communication
• The communication methods proposed will include a mix of existing and new vehicles
• The plan will include the establishment of a network of trained Change Agents to ‘Spread the Word’
Role Mapping
• Identify and define future Business Roles
• Map roles to security access and training classes
• Identify any new staffing needs
