- Minimum of 6 years of SAP CRM experience (implementation, configuration, support)
- Experienced in user support/customer facing role, communicating with business leaders and users
- Experienced in troubleshooting and diagnosing problems as well as providing technical assistance for questions and problems
- Automotive industry background is a plus
- Ability to work US 9-5 Eastern time
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
