Part time hours initially - end of week and end of month activities to receive and process timesheets and invoices
Reconcile outgoing and incoming payments
Manage contract paperwork process

Computer user- able to work with Word and Excel- Google docs
Work with web based software tools
Good communicator with some experience of communicating with customers
